Footbridge extension

The footbridge extension extends the current footbridge over Fairfield Road to provide easy access to the station.[2] The footbridge extension was originally to be delivered with the Queensland Tennis Centre in 2007, but was pulled.[3] The construction started 8 July 2010[2] and was completed and opened to the public on 29 December 2010 in time for the 2011 Brisbane International.[4]
